Assembly of Powder Coated Parts

Prior to assembly and shipping, parts are quality control
inspected for appropriate mil thickness and curing, which will
ultimately affect durability and component fit. BTD uses a
variety of quality control test methods and documentation to
detect discrepancies not easily visible – an additional
quality control step that sets us apart from the competition.
Each job is custom packaged to reduce the risk of damage
during shipping and undergo one last quality control
inspection.
BTD can ship full pallets of component
parts or manufacture fully assembled units, including project
management of any outsourced component parts, such as plastic,
metal, printed surface graphics, packaging, etc. |
