| BTD’s proprietary curing system uses
temperatures exceeding 200 degrees Fahrenheit to reach the
powder’s melting point in order to fuse and cross link powder
particles to create the seamless, tough surface wood powder
coating is known for. We have perfected the cooling process,
resulting in faster curing for quick turnaround. Our strict
quality control standards are followed during every step of
production and repeatedly inspect mil thickness and surface
characteristics – factors that will ultimately affect the
longevity and dependability of our finishes. This attention to
detail has propelled BTD to the forefront of the
industry. |
