Coated MDF meets or exceeds performance characteristics of
vinyl, melamine, paper laminates, and other organic finishes.
MDF Powder Coatings are solid thermosetting powders,
electrostatically spray applied directly onto pre-heated MDF
substrates. These powders contain no heavy metals, solvents,
HAPs, or VOCs thereby better complying with strict EPA
pollution requirements.
Waste is reduced by recovering
up to 98% of over sprayed powder and recycling it back into
the system to maximize material utilization.
