technology and has developed a proprietary part preparation
process that ensures the high-quality results our customers
demand. Because the timing between cutting and coating the MDF
is critical, BTD offers the largest CNC machining capability
in the industry. We use only state-of-the-art equipment,
including an automated sanding conveyor system, heating and
curing ovens, and a GEMA paint application system that is
critical to finish and mil quality control. Simply put, all of
our equipment is the best in the business.
